A electric pole in front of my house, One may imagine how does this work; But in India this is how things work. With the bugeoning energy needs, the Indian infrastructure is not geared to take on load of energy. Even if the generation of power increases, the distribution is still so messed up that it won't be able to meet the growing demand

If you look up, all you see is various kind of cables- electricity, phone, TV...what not.
