Kimchee Salad
A Salad made from Cabbage and Chilly sauce. A add on to a chinese meal. In India chinese food has been adapted to local style. When we say we love chinese we actually mean that we love "Indian Chinese".

Thats one thing I really miss in US, Indian Chinese food. Although there are myriad Chinese restaurants here....everyone has adopted the blant Chinese American taste :(

& for authentic chinese food, you can try out in Calcutta in 'China Town', where in many chinese restaurants you can still savour the original delicious chinese cuisine.
