Harvest Inn

This is the harvest inn in prospect park . Seems to be a mansion of a wealthy owner turned into a restaurant. The coffee here was quite good considering the day was sunny and the chairs were arranged in the verandah.

Taken at the weekly vegetable market in Hyderbad, the subject is from "gourd" family of vegetables. The "gourd" family I suppose has contributed largest in our vegetable variety ex: karela (bitter gourd), Khira (cucumber),Louki (bottle Gourd), turai(ridge gourd), gilki (Ridge gourd), Parval (Pointed Gourd).

StrawBerry shake

My flirtation with strawberry continues. This week a tried a lot to get a image of splashing strawberry in milk but was not successful , so finally i decided i would make the straw berry shake out of it.

The Valentine day started out on sour note with a small fight but ended very well :)

Kimchee Salad

A Salad made from Cabbage and Chilly sauce. A add on to a chinese meal. In India chinese food has been adapted to local style. When we say we love chinese we actually mean that we love "Indian Chinese".

Melody Melon savored across India as a thirst quencher and a cooler in summer. Called Kharbooza in Hindi is a distant cousin of water melon. Nothing like to come home in summer and dig into this sumptuous fruit.
